Xeta UPI Circle App helps people coordinate UPI payments with trusted contacts. This policy describes information handled by the app.

Information stored on your device

The app stores trusted contact details, payment request details, transaction notes, optional proof messages, selected proof images, and theme preferences locally on your device. It does not operate an account system or app backend, and this information is not sent to Xeta servers.

Permissions and user actions

Camera access is used to scan a UPI QR code when you choose to scan. Contacts access is used only when you choose to import a contact. The system photo picker is used when you choose a payment proof image. The app does not read contacts, camera images, or files in the background.

Sharing and external apps

When you choose to share a request, its payment details and QR image are passed to WhatsApp or another sharing app selected by you. Those apps and their providers handle the shared information under their own policies. Xeta UPI Circle does not control how a recipient or external app uses information you share.

Retention and deletion

Your records remain on this device until you delete them, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. Removing a transaction also removes its locally saved proof image when the file is available.

Children's privacy

The app is intended to support supervised coordination among trusted people. It does not knowingly collect information from children through an online service because it has no account or data collection backend. A parent or guardian should supervise any use by a child.
